On November 15, 2021 Enghouse launches the new version Presence Suite v12.1
What’s new?
SmartCloud enhancements
As part of the natural evolution of the product and after listening to our customers, in this new version we have incorporated the following functionalities:
- SDK module that will allow integrating SmartCloud with external applications.
- New WebRTC video call channel to establish video calls with your customers from anywhere.
- New license control interface. Manage and decide how many licenses you want to use each month in SmartCloud and control your costs.
Security and privacy
- New Single Sign-On (SSO) service that allows a 100% secure verification of your Contact Center users, aligned with your company’s security processes.
- SSO also simplifies the login process for your teams, allowing you to unify Presence Suite account management.
- Data encryption. Securely store your data thanks to the complete encryption of the database.
Other Enhancements
- Improve the user experience of your webchat channel.
- New Presence Recording High Availability service
- Improvements in Reports, Surveys, Scripting, etc., and many more!
