Enghouse Interactive wins Best IT Project in BPO and Back Office at Platinum Contact Center Awards

Madrid, Spain – Enghouse Interactive, a leading multinational company in customer experience and contact center technology, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded ‘Best IT Project in BPO and Back Office’ at the prestigious Platinum Contact Center Awards, organized by Contact Center Hub.

This recognition has been awarded to the technology company thanks to the implementation of its IVR solution, which has enabled one of its customers to facilitate credit card payments without the need to interact with an agent in the process. The project has demonstrated a significant impact in terms of operational efficiency, improved customer experience and cost reduction for the customer.
